All orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays. The day your order is processed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. We offer USPS Standard Ground Shipping, Priority Shipping, and Overnight Shipping (next business day after shipped). USPS is our preferred shipping carrier, and a physical address will be needed during checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are placed. The cost of shipping varies depending on the total weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. It will be calculated and represented in your total.
Credit card processing may take 1 to 2 business days. All purchases are subject to verification with the financial institution and/or card holder, which may take up to 5 business days for approval. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via email or phone.
Standard Ground Shipping
Orders shipped via USPS Standard Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 3-5 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays.
Orders shipped via Priority Shipping confirmed before 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping confirmed before 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will arrive within one business day.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18 return cost
- 3 Day Shipping and Standard Shipping: $7 return cost
Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

WeStyle365 does not offer refunds, but we do want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If something isn’t right with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix it for you. All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags still attached.
Due to our small storage space and inventory, we may not be able to make exchanges for exact items. In that case, other accommodations such as a store credit may be issued. You have three days to notify WeStyle365 of any issues concerning your order or you will not be eligible for exchange.
All exchanges will be shipped back to WeStyle365 at the expense of the customer. Please send all returns to address below.

Once we received and deemed and an acceptable return, it will be processed and the replacement order will be shipped via USPS Standard shipping method.
